HOW TO CONSIGN
If you have antiques, fine furnishings or accessories that you no longer need and wish to consign with Now & Again, we would love to talk to you about consignment opportunities! Here’s how it works:
Photos: Before we can discuss your items, we need to see a photograph of each item. Our preference is digital pictures, but you are also welcome to bring us photographs to the shop or send them in the mail. Along with your pictures, please provide your name, contact information and a brief description of the item including size, age, purchase price and, if known, manufacturer and where the item was purchased.
Pricing: If we feel that your item is something we might be able to sell at Now & Again, we will give you an estimated selling price based on such factors as demand, manufacturer, quality and condition. We share your desire to get the best price for your item!
Consignor Agreement: Under our agreement, Now & Again retains 50% of the sales price received, and the remaining 50% will be mailed to the Consignor. Checks are mailed on the last day of the month following the month in which the item has sold. The consignment period is for 120 days and all items must remain at Now & Again for that period.
Price Reduction: After 30 days from the date of the consignment, Now & Again reserves the right to reduce your item by 10%, with further 10% reductions to the price for each subsequent month thereafter. However, unlike other consignment shops, we do not have a set reduction schedule; all reductions are made at the sole discretion of the owner of Now & Again. Also, interior designers and dealers who have a sales tax license shall be entitled to a 10% discount during the first 30 days of the consignment period.

We
can ship smaller items via UPS and larger items, such as mirrors and art, via FedEx or UPS. We can also provide you with
a list of recommended movers for larger pieces of furniture for local or longer distance shipping.

Any
information provided to us will not be shared or
sold to any outside parties. Please contact us if
you would like to be taken off our mailing or e-mail list.

| Appraisals: |
We
do not perform appraisals; seek the opinion of an
expert if you have a unique item, as it may be
necessary for you to find the current value of a like item.

| Designers
or Dealers: |
Designers
or dealers, with a tax certificate are entitled to
a 10% discount on their purchases.

Sales Are Final: |
Due
to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds,
exchanges or store credits.
